Work here is going good right now. This week we unfortunately lost some investigators, but,we found a few and some of our investigators are making some good progress. We have Rosaria, who should be getting baptized on the 1st of February and also there's Forster, a man from Ghana. He's a stud. We had an appointment with him this last week and we were super bold and he understood why he needs to be baptized again. It seems like with most of my African investigators in the past have had a problem with being baptized again. But, we got through with him and he came to church on Sunday for his first time. Then yestreday we saw him again and we taught him and his sister and her husband. It was a very memborable evening, not necessarily in a good way. So, we started off watching the restoration movie, and then after they started making us some foo foo african food. Bascially mashed potatoes and corn starch. Then, the african soup... chicken bones, legs, blood, organs, and cow intestense. All of this stuff mixed up together. I really wanted to throw up, but, i man'd up and threw it down my throat. But, the appointment was good and we all felt the spirit.
Our inactive work is progressing as well. We're having a good amount of sucess working with them and in the near future we should start seeing some people return to church. The assistants came by again yesterday to deliver all of my packages and letters that have been sitting in Crotone for the past month and so that made me happy. It stinks, the day i left crotone, 2 packages came and 5 letters. Then they got a few more.
Well, that's about it, im sorry my emails are getting more and more boring each week. I'll try to beef them up a little bit. So, thats it for this week. I know im forgetting some stuff, but, i hit toe big things. Love you guys,
Anziano Lane
