Hey guys,

last friday was one of the toughest days for me in the mission in a long time. Anziano Packer came in and woke me up at like 5 in the morning and we said our goodbyes. Then i went back to bed and got up at 6:30 and realized that he was gone. But, thats okay, i'll see him in a little while. Anyways, my new companion is great, he's another Idahoan. He's almost at his year mark in the mission and he's ready to work.

So Giacomo this past week left to go to Milan for a short little vacation and he was gone for five days and we didnt get to see him until yesterday, so we met up with him and we reviewed the baptismal interview questions and he did great with it, so tomorrow he'll have his interview and and we're only about 10 days away from his baptism. We're super excited.

Other than Giacomo, this week has been pretty good. We were gettnig really worried because we couldnt get ahold of our
Philipino Gilbert. A member called us and told us that he lost his phone and we did a lot a praying and hoping that we would in smoe way get in contact with him again, becasue he lives in our past of the city, but we dont have his adress. So, Friday he called us up and told us that he got a new phone. Then on Saturday we saw him and he explained what hapedned to him after he left church 2 weeks ago. He said that 2 Romanians put knifes up to him and told him to give them all of his money and his phone, so, they took his phone and 1000 euros he had on his cards. So, it was pretty intense. But, we were able to set a baptismal date and he seems pretty excited. the only problem is this week he cant see us, but, he said that he'll come to church this next week.

Then we have good-old Giada. Shes making great progress and shes so close to baptism. The only obstacle is her dumb mentality. She's ma lawyer and she wants to have 100% evidence that the church is true. She already has a testimony, and she just needs to get past this little problem. In fact, we talked about this the other day. She feels good in her heart, and we've told her that that is the spirit and she needs to listen to that, and not listen to the doubts becasue thats what the Adversary is putting into her mind. She is almost there and we have a baptismal date set, but, she needs to get one top of things.

Other than that, things are going well, we have a lot of ideas and things we want to get going this next transfer.
