I forgot my planner at home so, i dont have the list of stuff to talk about. Hopefully i can remember what i wanted to say. First thing is this week i finished the Book or Mormon in Italian for the first time, i started it a few months ago and its finally done. It was awesome! Then on thursday, i went to a city called Pozzuoli, probably the most incredible city i've ever seen. We went there for Napoli's Zone Conference. We had to go because anziano Urry didn't get to go to his. IT was really good. Then on Sunday, we were in sacrament meeting and i was ushering, so i was at the door, and right after we had the sacrament, a few vacationers tapped me on the back and asked me if we had room for about 20 peoplein the chapel, i said, yeah, i think so. Then 19 blonde haired, blue eyed people came walking in and sat in diverse areas in the chapel, becuase we didnt have 20 spots together. Anyways, i left to go translate for about 1/3 of them, while my companion just sat and looked, i dont know why he didn't translate for the others, anyways, a few minutes later, bishop told me to go up to the stand and i did, and he told me to have anyone from that big family bear their testimony if they wanted, and he wanted me to translate in italian for our members, so, i said exactly that in the microphone, and the father of one of these families came up to share his testimony. The first thing he said was, "My dear brothers and sisters, we are 2 families from Norway..." He said that and i looked at him and said, really? Then i continued to translate for him and following him about 10 others came up to bear some powerful testimonies. Then i translated for bishop becuase he wanted me to tell them a few things, and then we did a closing song. During theclosing song, i spoke as much swedish as i remembered to the dad of one of these families, and he was blown away. It was funny. I dont speak swedish anymore, but it was cool after the meetings talking to their kids and they wanted to speak in English (because they're all fluent) but, i wanted to hear the swedish, so, a few of them did. Then we did a special sacrament service for them because they came just after sacrament, so, we got the bread and the water ready and i told them to do it in norwegian, and it was sweet!! 2 priest aged boys went up to bless the bread and water, it was awesome heaing the "o gud de evighet fader" i probably butchered that spelling, but it was so cool having this special sacrament with my fellow scandinavians. Then they left and before we got to take a picture.
The thing that really touched me was that this family was on vacation, and they traveled 2 HOURS to come and worship their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What faith that Norwegian family has, to take 5 hours out of theri day to leave the ocean in Peschici, to drive to Foggia and drive back. I'm greatful for them and i hope all of us can learn from them. That we can never take vacation from the church. We should always strive to find a church, even when we're on vacation.
Other than that, we had a sweet week. We found 4 new investigators on monday and tuesday, and they're sweet! The first 2 are a Father and a son, we were on the street talking to people and we saw them, so we went to talk with them. We talked a lot about the restoration and they wanted a book of mormon really bad, so, we gave them one and we met again yesterday evening, we watched the restoration movie with them, they felt the spirit, they want baptized and we set a baptisimal date for them for the 3rd of September. Their names are Antonio and Alessandro, Alessandro is 14, he's a stud, he's really smart and it makes sense to him that this church is true.
The other 2 investigators are from Nigeria and Ghana. We met Charles (Ghana) on monday and we had another appointment with him on tuesday, so on tuesday, we went to meet Charles, but, he wasnt there, so, we started taklking to Christofer (nigeria) as we started talking to him, Charles showed up, and we taught them together. They're great guys. They have rough stories and they've lost so much. Charles lost both of his parents and one of his sons. His wife and the other 2 kids are in Ghana. I dont want to share much more becuase it's really sad, but, they beleive that God can help them, and we'll do what we can as well.
Okay thats about it. Love you guys,
Anziano Lane

The first 2 pics are from the coast in Sarento, and the next one is of a dessert called Herren, which i thought was funny b/c in swedish Herren means Lord.
